Canceling your order, or address errors : Buyer must contact netsoftmedia.com before 12:00pm PST on the day your package is scheduled to ship to cancel an order. Any refused package returned to Netsoftmedia.com due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, will be refunded back to your credit card less shipping charges. Shipping charges are non- refundable.

The buyer is solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Netsoftmedia.com. Customer agrees to use only reputable carriers capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to pay all shipping charges and accepts all risk of loss for the returned product/s during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned product/s will be 100% complete, in re-sellable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. If any component of the return products is missing, Netsoftmedia.com return policy will be breached and Netsoftmedia.com will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of the missing component. The same applies if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear.

Netsoftmedia.com will not refund the original shipping charges. In addition, we will assess a 15% restocking fee against the customer's account on all return for refund.

Replacement can be made for the same products and same brand only within 30 days from the invoice date. (e.g. cd-r, dvd-r, etc. No Exceptions).

In store credit - Netsoftmedia.com does offer in-store credit for future orders.
